Answers to Common Questions:

  • we are unable to take same-day reservations or walk-ins.

  • for your safety, we cannot accommodate severe food allergies or celiac.

  • we do not host events or offer catering.

  • we can accommodate a group of up to six (ages 12+ (this age minimum applies to newborns, infants, toddlers)); sittings are 90 minutes long. 

  • We don't make exceptions to the age minimum but there are some great options in MA for tea with little ones, please see DestinationTea.com 

  • we do not split groups into multiple tables, one group of six is largest group we accommodate. 

  • Looking for a tea house that can accommodate a larger group?  Pls see DestinationTea.com.

  • we are not accepting requests to be seated at a particular table or room.

  • we do not have outdoor seating.

  • because availability is fluid, the booking app is the best way to see current availability and make a reservation - days that are gray are  full, days that are white, have availability.  Feel free to reach out, to be put on a cancellation list, for a particular date.

  • if you wish to pre-pay for an existing reservation, please use our convenient pre-payment option (we do not take payment over the phone; pls do not leave credit card details in a vm message).
